Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Healthcare Services

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Local candidates preferred)

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Business Development Executive. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are eager to build a career in international business development, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in client onboarding and account coordination.
  • Track lead status, conversions, and daily activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaign follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in international calling, customer service, sales, telecalling, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
