Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to build and expand our network of doctors, clinics, and wellness partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, onboarding healthcare professionals, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard doctors, clinics, and wellness partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
• Generate business through partner engagement and referrals.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
• Ensure partner activation and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless partner support.
• Track partnership performance and achieve growth targets.
• Gather market intelligence and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel for partner meetings when required.
• Healthcare, wellness, insurance, or health-tech experience is an advantage.
