The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with 1–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales. They should be confident in prospecting new clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified opportunities through outbound outreach. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across target accounts in EMEA and APAC markets.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects.
• Research target accounts and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
• Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Ability to build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
