Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Chennai

Industry: Health Insurance TPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a marketing background to expand our network and drive business growth in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Retail and Corporate business.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

Conduct field visits and networking activities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations

Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets

Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years (Marketing / Business Development preferred)

Background: Ex-Marketing , Ex- Sales, Ex- Insurance preferred

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of Health Insurance / TPA industry is an advantage

Ability to work independently and in field roles
