Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales & GTM Executive

Location: V.U. Nagar, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Inside Sales & GTM Executive to support our go-to-market efforts. This role involves a mix of business development, customer outreach, and marketing execution to help drive product adoption and revenue growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, generating leads, and contributing to market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads

Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities

Support execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and campaigns

Perform basic market and competitor research

Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution

Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Close small to mid-sized deals and achieve assigned targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or marketing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation

MBA / BE / ME or equivalent qualification
