Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing client accounts, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong skills in Business development and strategic planning
  • Excellent Communication abilities for relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to achieve goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
