Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Geotech located in New Delhi, India. The role involves Identifying and pursuing geotechnical opportunities (site investigations, soil testing, dam safety, foundation design) with NCR clients , generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering communication with prospective and existing clients. The candidate will support the expansion of the company's geotechnical services portfolio through effective relationship building, market research, and strategic proposal development.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in geotech BD/lead gen in NCR (e.g., site investigations, soil testing bids).

M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering (mandatory); +MBA preferred.

Strong NCR client network

Proven track record hitting sales targets in engineering consulting.

Excellent communication for client pitches and account management.

Business acumen for market analysis and opportunity pursuit.

Collaborative team player in fast-paced consultancy.
