Location: Ernakulam, Kerala | Willingness to travel across Kerala required

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Client Meetings: Appointment-based

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000/month (based on experience, skills & exposure)

Probation: 6 months | Performance review after 3 months

The Role

We are looking for a driven, professional and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth across Kerala.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop partnerships and expand Celebricks presence across schools, educational institutions, corporates and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and support revenue growth

• Identify and engage prospective clients and partners

• Conduct outreach, networking, cold calling and field visits

• Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Present Celebricks programs, workshops and events

• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-ups

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Work with management to achieve growth targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or Client Relations is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam

• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, organized and target-oriented

• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

• Valid driving licence is an advantage
