This role is focused on lead generation, outbound outreach, and initial qualification. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, supporting the creation of a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

Eligibility

- MBA / BBA or equivalent business related degree with 0 - 1 year experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Development.

- Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients.

- Contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

- Communicate with prospects and understand their basic requirements.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Identify interested prospects and share relevant details with the senior sales team.

- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.

- Work with the sales and marketing teams when required.

- Learn and improve sales, communication, and business development skills.
