Role Description The Business Development Executive (Freshers and Experienced) will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding the company's client base and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, and networking, and presenting language service offerings to prospective clients. The role involves maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing accounts, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and contribute to sales targets through regular reporting and pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
  • Relevant skills such as basic sales CRM usage, presentation abilities, and negotiation skills are beneficial.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced professionals with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Languages, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
