Job Description

Judah Code Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in helping students build successful careers through training and internship programs.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and convert prospective candidates into admissions.
Counsel students on training programs, internships, and career development opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and educational institutions.
Follow up with prospective candidates through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Strong sales orientation and a target-driven mindset.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
Ability to handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective candidates.
Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is required.
Previous experience in EdTech sales, educational counselling, or business development is an added advantage.
