Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive Fresher role based in Indore. In this position, you will support new client acquisition by identifying prospects, assisting in outreach campaigns, and contributing to lead generation activities through calls, emails, and social media. You will help maintain relationships with existing clients by coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining updated records in CRM tools, participating in meetings to understand client requirements, and sharing market feedback with the marketing and management teams. You will collaborate closely with senior business development professionals to learn sales processes, digital marketing offerings, and effective communication strategies.
Qualifications

• Ability to support New Business Development and Business growth activities.
• Skills in Lead Generation and prospecting through online and offline channels.
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination.
• Interest or aptitude in basic Account Management and relationship building.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email and CRM tools).
• Motivation to learn digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, and online branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
