Role Overview

We are looking for ahighly driven Business Development Executiveto accelerate revenue growth for our Food Tech & F&B Consultancy. The role focuses on sales acquisition, strategic outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and building strong relationships with food brands, startups, and manufacturers. Prior experience in food consultancy or the food industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Drivenew business salesand achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Generate and qualify leads usingLinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and direct calling.

Pitch food consultancy services to food startups, brands, manufacturers, and HoReCa businesses.

Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to deal closure.

Coordinate with food technologists and consulting teams to align client needs with solutions.

Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and conversion reports.

Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities in the food industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.

14 years of experiencein business development or sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills(verbal & written).

Hands-on experience withLinkedIn Sales Navigatorand outbound sales strategies.

Prior exposure tofood consultancy / food tech / F&B servicesis highly preferred.

Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
