Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our Digital Transformation Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and a deep understanding of emerging digital solutions such as Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation, AI/ML, and Enterprise Applications. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in digital transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to present solutions, value propositions, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized proposals and solution presentations.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to brand visibility through participation in industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:35 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in IT / digital transformation / technology services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
