Flip Slide Consultancy is looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: As per experience & skills

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new leads through calling, online research and references

• Connecting with potential clients and introducing our services

• Understanding client requirements and handling enquiries

• Regularly following up with leads and prospects

• Maintaining proper records of leads, calls and follow-ups

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Coordinating with the internal team for smooth sales closures

• Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident and professional while speaking with clients

• Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills

• Positive, proactive and target-oriented attitude

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

• Comfortable with regular calling and client follow-ups
