Roomindo is looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to join the field team. The telecalling team handles initial outreach and confirms owner interest; this role begins from there. The candidate will visit confirmed, interested hostel and PG owners, run the product demo in person, and guide them through to becoming a happy, active customer. Performance incentives are also part of this role, in addition to the fixed compensation discussed during the interview process. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role. It does not involve cold calling or chasing unconfirmed leads - every visit is with a prospect who has already shown interest and agreed to meet.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit confirmed, pre-scheduled leads at their hostel/PG property for in-person demos
- Walk owners through the product clearly, answer questions, and demonstrate how it fits their day-today operations
- Activate free trial accounts and support owners in getting comfortable using the platform from day one
- oordinate with the Operations and BDA team to ensure each trial is progressing well
- Follow up with leads consistently, and step in personally wherever a nudge or a visit is needed to keep things moving
- Guide interested owners through to agreement signing and onboarding
- Log every visit and update the tracking system accurately on the same day
