About The Content Mafia

The Content Mafia is a creator-led media and marketing company focused on building

distribution and turning creators into scalable businesses. Through our Personal Branding

division, we help founders, investors, and operators build authority and visibility on platforms

like LinkedIn and Twitter through strategic content and distribution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for

generating leads as well as closing clients for our Personal Branding division.

The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, pitching our personal

branding services, and converting opportunities into revenue.

What You'll Do & Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Identify and prospect founders, CEOs, investors, and senior professionals who could

benefit from personal branding services.

  • Execute cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to initiate

conversations with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, positioning, and content requirements.
  • Pitch our personal branding services and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals with potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to enable long-term engagements and referrals.
  • Track leads, deals, and sales activities through CRM and maintain regular reporting.
  • Stay updated on personal branding, creator economy, and LinkedIn growth trends.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understanding of personal branding, LinkedIn growth, or creator economy is a plus.
  • Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
