Job Description
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
✅ Drive product marketing and sales activities to achieve business targets
✅ Generate, qualify, and convert prospective leads into customers
✅ Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, and product presentations
✅ Collaborate with sales teams and business managers to expand customer accounts
✅ Travel to customer locations and participate in trade shows and industry events
✅ Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in CRM systems
✅ Develop sales strategies through competitive market analysis
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Software Products & Services
✔ Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented approach
✔ Experience in Engineering Services & Products is an added advantage
✔ Hands-on exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE / PTC / PLM solutions is highly preferred
✔ Experience in handling Tender & Bid Processes will be an added advantage
