Job Description

Job Title:* Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

*Location:* Gurugram, Sector - 35, (Onsite)

 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven *Business Development Executive (Field Sales)* who can build strong relationships with Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, Universities, and Training Institutes to generate student admissions for SkillServe Academy. The candidate will be responsible for institutional tie-ups, field visits, seminars, student engagement activities, and admission generation through institutional channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular field visits to Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, Universities, and Training Institutes.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, HODs, Placement Officers, and Management teams.

* Identify and establish new institutional partnerships to generate student admissions.

* Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students.

* Generate student leads and collect student databases through institutional outreach activities.

* Coordinate campus engagement programs, admission drives, and promotional events.

* Follow up with interested students and support the admission conversion process.

* Work closely with the Counselling and Telecalling teams to maximize lead conversions.

* Plan and execute institutional outreach and field sales strategies to achieve admission targets.

* Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, institutional databases, and admission updates.

* Achieve monthly business development, outreach, and admission targets.

 Required Skills

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

* Knowledge of education sales, institutional marketing, and field sales activities.

* Ability to conduct seminars and presentations confidently.

* Good reporting, follow-up, and lead management skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Education Sales, or Institutional Outreach.

* Existing connections with Schools, Colleges, Universities, ITIs, Polytechnics, or Training Institutes will be an added advantage.

* Good understanding of admission generation through institutional activities and partnerships.

* Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and institutional meetings.
