With a strong supplier network and industry experience, we help our clients source quality products efficiently while maintaining competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base within the garment and textile industry.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, build relationships, and schedule business meetings for the management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, lead generation, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients including garment manufacturers, fashion brands, exporters, buying houses, and textile businesses.

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, industry directories, online research, referrals, and other prospecting methods.

• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Introduce JJ Group's fabric and garment accessory offerings to potential customers.

• Schedule meetings and business discussions for the management team.

• Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture relationships.

• Coordinate sample dispatches, catalogs, and client requirements when required.

• Track outreach activities and provide regular updates on lead generation progress.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.

• Good understanding of lead generation and business development activities.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

• Ability to research and identify business opportunities independently.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, textiles, garments, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferred (not mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Experience in the textile, garment, fashion, or sourcing industry is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Understanding of the garment, textile, or fashion industry is advantageous.
