Job Role:
We are looking for a candidate who can help grow the business by building strong relationships and bringing in new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good relationships with brokers and clients
- Promote company products and services and increase their usage
- Conduct meetings, seminars, and events to attract new customers
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving targets
- Help clients/brokers resolve their queries by coordinating with internal teams
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve business
- Work closely with different teams to meet customer needs
- Stay connected with key decision-makers and build long-term relationships
- Prepare basic reports and track business performance
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of commodity or financial markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at client handling and relationship building
- Comfortable with presentations and meetings
- Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
