- Build strong pipelines and convert high-value targets.
Client Engagement
- Interact with manufacturers, recyclers, brands, OEMs, and solution providers.
- Present event value propositions with confidence.
Market & Event Development
- Track polymer, recycling, and sustainability trends.
- Contribute insights for shaping event agendas.
Media Partnerships (Key Responsibility)
- Build partnerships with trade media, associations, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate event listings, PR coverage, banners, and cross-promotions.
- Ensure high visibility for all PolyMint events.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain CRM and share weekly sales reports.
What We're Looking For- 14 years of B2B sales or event sales experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Experience working with media platforms is a big plus
- Energy, persistence, and a passion for events
