We are seeking a driven Sales Executive (12 years experience) to generate leads, pitch solutions, and close deals in the events and experiential space. This is a high-performance role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Pitch experiential solutions such as AI booths, VR setups, and activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and corporate clients.
- Close deals and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking for accurate reporting.
Targets & Expectations
- Monthly revenue pipeline contribution: 30L50L.
- Consistent lead generation and diligent follow-ups.
- Strong focus on conversion and achieving sales objectives.
Compensation
Fixed: 25,000 35,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: High-performance-based, uncapped potential
