Role OverviewWe are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented professional to expand our business presence in Nagpur and surrounding regions.
The selected candidate will act as:
- Business Development Executive
- ERP Consultant
The candidate will be fully supported by our backend technical implementation team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Stone Crusher, manufacturingand related sectors.
- Conduct field visits in Nagpur and nearby cities
- Understand customer business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Weighbridge operations)
- Demonstrate and pitch ERP solutions effectively
- Convert leads into confirmed sales
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth implementation
- Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution
- Maintain long-term client relationships
Required Experience & Technical Background- 35 years of sales experience(ERP, software, industrial products preferred)
- Educational qualification:BE/ B.Tech / Diploma (Computer, IT, Electronics, Mechanical) / BCA / MCA / BSc IT
- Basic understanding of:
- ERP systems
- Business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
- Software implementation lifecycle
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
- ERP implementation or industrial domain exposure is an added advantage
Travel Requirement- Willing to travel to nearby cities and industrial areas
- Field-oriented role
- Travelling allowance will be provided
- Own vehicle preferred
Compensation Structure- Fixed Salary:40,000 60,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentive:5% on total sales value
- Travel allowance reimbursement
