About the Role
We are seeking a driven and energetic Executive Business Development (EPR) to join our team. The role focuses on generating leads, onboarding brand clients, pitching our EPR services, and closing business deals.
The candidate will primarily work on identifying business opportunities with brand owners, presenting company offerings, coordinating meetings, and supporting contract finalization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client interaction, and growing business in the sustainability/EPR sector.
No compliance execution work is involvedthis position is purely business development and client acquisition focused.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through outreach, networking, calls, emails, and market research.
- Pitch EPR services to brands and explain business offerings (not compliance).
- Schedule and attend meetings with brand clients to present proposals.
- Coordinate internally to prepare quotations and commercial offers.
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and drive closure of deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
- Build long-term relationships with brand owners for recurring business.
- Support the BD team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (EPR/waste sector preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in field/outreach activities.
