Role Overview

Location: Chennai (with Global Exposure) Markets: India + International (Global)

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our Engineering Services vertical by acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold calling & email campaigns
  • Industry platforms & networking
  • Sell engineering services such as:
  • Structural Engineering
  • BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • CAD Drafting & Detailing
  • Digital Twin / Engineering Consulting
  • Identify and target:
  • EPC companies
  • Telecom / Infrastructure firms
  • Construction & AEC clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations & proposals
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead closure)
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Engineering preferred)
  • Background in:
  • Civil / Mechanical / Engineering OR
  • Engineering services sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales/client acquisition
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Exposure to international markets (added advantage)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of BIM / CAD / Structural domain
  • Understanding of the AEC / Infrastructure industry
  • Experience in proposal writing & RFQ handling
  • CRM tools & sales tracking
