Business Development Executive-Electrical

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote O&M services for electrical transmission lines and substations.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and create impactful marketing materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective marketing campaigns and client acquisition.

Requirements:

• Education: B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing in the power sector or O&M services.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and B2B marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
• Marketing experience in Electrical Engineering service field is a must.
