Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Electrical / Electronics), based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the electrical and electronics sectors, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms with prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery, and regularly report on market trends and competitor activities. The role requires consistent field interaction, proactive communication, and a strong focus on meeting business targets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in electrical and electronics markets.
  • Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including pipeline management and relationship building with key clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical and commercial information clearly.
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within electrical, electronics, or related technical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with on-site client visits, market research, and frequent interaction with industrial and commercial customers.
  • Salary Is upto 35K
