BDE– EdTech (High Ticket Sales)
We're expanding our career-focused EdTech vertical under Sharpsys, offering high-ticket, outcome-driven programs for working professionals with strong placement outcomes.
We are looking for Business Development Executives who can drive conversions, handle high-intent leads, and take ownership of revenue. This role involves selling premium programs with an average ticket size of ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads and understand candidate requirements
Guide prospects through program offerings and career outcomes
Handle end-to-end sales cycle and close enrollments
Maintain follow-ups and conversion pipelines
Work closely with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in handling high-ticket sales is a plus
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Ability to build trust and guide customers effectively
