Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Gurugram Sector -35, (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) who can build strong relationships with Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, Universities, and Training Institutes to generate student admissions for SkillServe Academy. The candidate will be responsible for institutional tie-ups, field visits, seminars, student engagement activities, and admission generation through institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, Universities, and Training Institutes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, HODs, Placement Officers, and Management teams.
- Identify and establish new institutional partnerships to generate student admissions.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students.
- Generate student leads and collect student databases through institutional outreach activities.
- Coordinate campus engagement programs, admission drives, and promotional events.
- Follow up with interested students and support the admission conversion process.
- Work closely with the Counselling and Telecalling teams to maximize lead conversions.
- Plan and execute institutional outreach and field sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, institutional databases, and admission updates.
- Achieve monthly business development, outreach, and admission targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of education sales, institutional marketing, and field sales activities.
- Ability to conduct seminars and presentations confidently.
- Good reporting, follow-up, and lead management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Education Sales, or Institutional Outreach.
- Existing connections with Schools, Colleges, Universities, ITIs, Polytechnics, or Training Institutes will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of admission generation through institutional activities and partnerships.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and institutional meetings.
