We're seeking a passionate Business Development Executive to drive the end-to-end sales of our SaaS platform to brands, retailers, and e-commerce merchants globally. Based in Bangalore, you'll hunt and nurture leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect high-potential ecommerce merchants, brands, and retailers through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycleprospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with merchants on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Leverage international sales experience to target global markets while collaborating with the Bangalore team.
- Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or retail tech.
- Proven ability to hunt new leads and nurture relationships to close deals.
- International sales experience, with a knack for engaging diverse markets.
- Based in Bangalore, with openness to hybrid work.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision, optimistic mindset, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) is a plus.
