Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably from an IT Services company. The role focuses on generating business for IT Staff Augmentation services and Fixed-Bid software development projects.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with global clients, executing outreach campaigns, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for IT Staff Augmentation and Fixed-Bid projects
- Execute outbound outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation activities
- Communicate with prospects to understand technical and business requirements
- Coordinate with internal technical and recruitment teams for solutions and proposals
- Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Experience selling IT Staff Augmentation or Software Development services
- Exposure to lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and outreach tools
- Understanding of IT services such as Web, Mobile, Cloud, QA, DevOps
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales reporting and pipeline management tools
- Exposure to bidding platforms or proposal management
- Prior experience in a service-based IT organization
