Business Development Executive Domestic Staffing

Role Description The Business Development Executive – Domestic Staffing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in domestic staffing, including generating and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role involves conducting market research, understanding client staffing requirements, preparing proposals, and participating in meetings and negotiations with decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include maintaining regular communication with existing clients, managing accounts to ensure service quality, coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also support the creation of sales presentations, contribute to business development strategies, and maintain accurate reports and documentation in CRM or related systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong domestic staffing client base.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand staffing needs, and drive repeat engagements.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment services, HR solutions, or B2B service sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze sales performance, and use CRM or similar tools for pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in business development will also be considered.
• Familiarity with the Indian domestic staffing market and local business landscape in and around Chandigarh is an advantage.
