Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mengio. The primary responsibilities of this position include identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, strategizing to meet business growth goals, driving sales initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also be expected to develop strategies to increase product reach and build brand awareness. Regularly managing client communications, presenting proposals, and reporting on business development activities will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Strong Communication, Networking, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Experience in Market Research and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in Presentation and Report Writing
  • Familiarity with the education or e-learning industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
