Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dwarka for a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will engage in identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating strong client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting sales strategies. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, developing leads, maintaining consistent communication with potential and existing clients, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to business growth will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and create new revenue opportunities.
• Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Proven experience in Business and Account Management to effectively manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to business operations and meet performance targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the marketing and advertising industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
