We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (0–4 Years) | Dehradun

At Propulsion Technologies, we help brands grow through digital marketing and website development. We're expanding our team and looking for driven people who love sales, conversations and closing deals.

What You'll Earn

• Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience)

Location & Work Mode

Dehradun, Uttarakhand (In-Office / Hybrid)

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads for our digital marketing and website development services
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Understand client needs and pitch the right solutions (SEO, social media marketing, Meta/Google Ads, websites, e-commerce)
• Conduct meetings, share proposals and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently
• Meet monthly targets and share regular reports

Who We're Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Inside Sales (freshers with great communication are welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or websites is a plus
• Experience selling digital services or working in an agency is an advantage
