Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timing: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive in our Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for sales and client interaction. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply, along with candidates having B2B sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Promote the company's digital marketing services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal sales/marketing team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Achieve weekly and monthly business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Freshers or candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development can apply.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services is an added advantage.

Comfortable working in US Shift timings.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
