Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for the agency's digital marketing services. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach through calls, emails, social platforms, and networking, and will present service offerings to prospective clients. They will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also includes managing client accounts in the early stages, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining ongoing communication to support long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through research, outreach, and networking.
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management to support client relationships and retention.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends, with the ability to explain them clearly to potential clients.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in marketing or IT services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
