Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work remotely some of the time. As a Business Development Executive specializing in Digital Marketing Sales (target-based), the primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve developing comprehensive account management strategies, building rapport with clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs. Driving sales growth and uncovering new avenues of business are key objectives in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities effectively
- Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management to maintain productive client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively present, negotiate, and close sales
- Proven sales track record and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in both in-office and remote environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or business development within the technology or digital marketing sector is advantageous
