Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Remote
CTC: up to 7 LPA
This is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. You will be a key player to connect with dental professionals and practice owners, presenting them how the programs can transform their careers and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (dentists and dental practice owners) to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and effective relationship management.
Client Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the courses and services to prospective clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Previous sales experience, particularly with a full sales cycle, is preferred.
Experience in the education or healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
