Job Description

We are a rapidly growing fashion brand serving customers across India through online marketplaces, retail partners, and our own D2C channels. In addition, we are launching an innovative WhatsApp marketing platform that helps businesses automate customer engagement, lead generation, marketing campaigns, and sales conversations.

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can manage inbound inquiries, actively generate new business opportunities, and close deals for both our fashion wholesale division and our upcoming SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

> Lead Management & Sales

* Handle all incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into paying customers.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

> Outbound Business Development

* Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

* Generate new leads through direct outreach and networking.

* Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, business owners, and marketing decision-makers.

SaaS Product Sales

* Introduce businesses to our WhatsApp marketing platform.

* Demonstrate platform features and explain business benefits.

* Help prospects understand how the tool can improve customer engagement, marketing automation, and sales conversions.

* Conduct product demos and assist in onboarding new customers.

* Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and market insights.

> CRM & Reporting

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Track conversions and provide regular sales performance reports.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and customer communication.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SaaS Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong understanding of social media outreach and prospecting.

* Comfortable conducting sales calls, virtual meetings, and product demonstrations.

* Experience selling software, digital marketing services, SaaS products, or B2B solutions will be preferred.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation

* Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives (Fixed Component between 18-25k per month depending on Experience)
