Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys meeting clients, understands business opportunities, and can convert conversations into long-term client relationships.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, setting up meetings, pitching Kyros services, following up with prospects, and helping the company grow its client base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Kyros Solution
- Reach out to potential D2C, e-commerce, jewelry, and lifestyle brands
- Schedule and attend client meetings
- Understand client requirements and explain Kyros services clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and strategy inputs
- Follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain CRM/lead tracking reports regularly
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Support business growth through partnerships, referrals, and networking
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings and presentations
- Ability to understand client requirements and pitch solutions
- Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
- Must be comfortable working from office in Mumbai
