Role Description This full-time Educational Counselor role is an on-site position based in the Pune District. The Educational Counselor will guide prospective and current students in selecting suitable training programs aligned with their interests, skills, and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings, assessing student needs, and providing clear information on program structure, schedules, and outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, following up with leads, coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, and supporting students throughout their learning journey. The Educational Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, assist with admission processes, and contribute to creating a supportive and motivational learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand curricula and training outcomes.
• Proficiency in Student Counseling, including assessing student needs, interests, and academic backgrounds.
• Experience in Career Counseling, helping learners navigate IT career paths and job market expectations.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and empathetically.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
