Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team
  • Maintain customer database and sales records in Excel/CRM
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and payments
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts,Costing,Store and marketing teams
  • Visit Clients whenever required
  • Handling calls and customer enquiries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
