Business Development Executive (Creator Onboarding)

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive (Creator Onboarding) to join our dynamic team on-site at our Gurugram office. In this role, you will identify and attract potential creators to join the Faym platform, develop new business opportunities, and foster long-term relationships with creators. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, providing support to creators, and driving platform engagement through exceptional account management and communication.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and onboard new creators.
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
• Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain platform benefits, and provide clear guidance to creators.
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or understanding of influencer marketing or creator ecosystems is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and tracking pipelines is a bonus.
