What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research and track business development activities.
• Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional in client interactions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media Company, or Video Production House will be an added advantage.
