The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's interior design and turnkey projects. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, and coordination with the design and project teams to ensure successful project conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and retail interior segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Present company portfolios, design concepts, and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams for project estimation and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 14 years of experience in business development, preferably in interiors, real estate, or architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
