About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in Contractual IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients, experience in generating new business opportunities, and the ability to manage client relationships from requirement gathering to successful resource deployment.
The candidate should be capable of bringing new clients onboard while also leveraging existing client relationships to expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for contractual staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry connections.
- Leverage existing client relationships and onboard previous clients to expand business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams for timely resource delivery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets related to revenue, client acquisition, and resource deployment.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding ongoing and future staffing requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT Contract Staffing or Workforce Solutions.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating business revenue.
- Existing network of clients and the ability to onboard previous client relationships is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of contractual staffing, resource augmentation, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling client discussions, commercials, rate negotiations, and contract closures.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong business acumen with a growth-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
- Exposure to IT services, staffing, recruitment, or consulting organizations.
- Established industry contacts and a proven client portfolio.
