Responsibilities:
Develop and execute joint business plans with distribution and channel partners to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth across assigned product categories.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and business risks, providing actionable recommendations to improve revenue performance and market share.
Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze business results, and provide regular business updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Gather customer, partner, and market feedback to identify emerging opportunities and inform business and marketing strategies.
Plan, organize, and coordinate partner training sessions, workshops, and enablement events to improve product knowledge and sales readiness.
Manage partner relationships and support day-to-day sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
Maintain a strong field presence through regular store visits, ensuring best-in-class retail execution.
Maintain accurate sales, marketing, and operational reporting, ensuring visibility of key performance metrics and business outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experiences in B2C segment
Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred
Passion to work in the technology industry
Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
