## Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded *Business Development Executive* to accelerate the growth of our consulting business.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating revenue through consulting engagements across analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, AI, and related services.

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team, helping expand Ankashram's client base and market presence.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Ankashram's consulting and analytics services.

* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and partnerships.

* Engage with CXOs, founders, business leaders, and functional heads to understand business challenges and identify consulting opportunities.

* Conduct discovery calls and qualify potential projects across analytics, BI, reporting, AI, automation, and data transformation..

* Track opportunities, sales activities, and pipeline performance through CRM systems.

* Represent Ankashram at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums.

## Required Qualifications

* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.

* Prior experience in consulting, technology services, SaaS, analytics, IT services, or professional services is preferred.

* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business decision-makers.

* Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling mindset.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
